We do not issue refunds on works and items sold on the site. Only a credit for exchange can be applied to the value of the work. In the event that you wish to obtain a credit for an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the shipping costs of the new artwork chosen. The credit for exchange can be done only when we receive the returned work in the same condition as it was sent.
There are no refunds after the sale of a painting.
Upon receipt of the artwork at home in perfect condition, the new owner is responsible for the property and agrees to take care of the painting. Data Gallery is not responsible for any damage to the artwork caused by breakage, fire, theft, or vandalism after proper delivery. Galerie Data is not responsible for damage to the artwork due to time and wear and tear, and the customer is responsible for its proper preservation.

- My product received is defective
If your product has visible damage due to transport, you must send us to email@example.com photos of the defects with a signed paper stating that you have received a product with material defects that are not caused by any action on your part. In this case only the gallery will evaluate the damage and propose a refund, or if it is possible to reproduce the work, a replacement.
