Delivery charges
For works over 500 Euros, delivery is not included in the price of the work displayed, additional charges may apply for home delivery.
The estimated additional cost will be sent to you within 48 hours via the attached email: contact@galeriedata.com
Shipping
Shipping costs are included for local shipments. Additional charges may apply for international shipments.
Fee delivery for Europe (+200 Euros outside Europe)
A tracking number will be sent to you by email to allow you to follow the progress of your package. The gallery is not responsible for the non-receipt of your package, you will need to contact the shipping service to obtain information on its location and reschedule its delivery.
The works are sent by mail or by professional delivery service, within 21 working days.
If the artwork you purchased is currently on display at the gallery, it will be sent at the end of the exhibition.
- I have not received my order
If your package has not yet arrived, it may be late, due to a carrier problem that is not the responsibility of Galerie Data, any occasional liability could be assumed by our company.
In case of loss of the package, please inform us at contact@galeriedata.com so that we can make a claim to the carrier.
Customs
Customs fees are at the charge of the buyer
Orders are subject to the taxes of the country of delivery. Orders that pass through customs are subject to import duties, country of delivery taxes and customs administration fees. In such cases, a customs invoice will accompany your package or follow by mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees, duties and taxes. You will also receive an email when the painting is ready to be shipped for additional charges due to international tariffs not included in the base price indicated at the time of your purchase.
