Conditions of sale 
This site allows you to acquire limited editions and/or unique pieces certified as original.  
The sale of artworks on line via this site is dedicated to private consumers, and excludes any professional customer. For a professional purchase, please contact the gallery directly at contact@galeriedata.com. 

Certificate of authenticity 
After receiving payment for a work you have purchased, the gallery will provide you with a certificate of authenticity. This document guarantees the accuracy of a real work made by the artist and not a reproduction. It is accompanied by an invoice that attests to your purchase, thus defining you as the rightful owner of the unique work or limited edition. 

Author’s rights
The artist retains the copyright on the work, which prohibits plagiarism, as well as the sale of reproductions of the work without the artist's consent.
